Care Guide

Gold, silver and natural diamonds are made to be worn — and to be kept. A few habits will keep your piece as it left the House.

18-karat gold and sterling silver

Store each piece separately in its Rednam pouch to prevent surface contact and scratching.
Avoid perfume, lotion, salt water and chlorine — apply fragrance and skincare before dressing in your jewelry.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Sterling silver will naturally soften in tone over time; a silver polishing cloth restores its brightness.

Plated finishes

Gold- and silver-plated pieces, such as our jacket pins, should be kept dry and away from cosmetics. Wipe after wear and store in the pouch provided; with care the finish will last for years.

Diamonds

Diamonds attract oils from the skin, which dull their light. Rinse in warm water with a drop of mild soap, brush softly and pat dry. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for pavé-set stones.

Return your piece to the House for complimentary professional cleaning and inspection at any time.
