Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Every House of Rednam piece is finished by hand by the House. Pieces in stock are dispatched within a few business days; made-to-order and customized pieces take six to eight weeks, and we will confirm a timeline with you at the point of order.

• Complimentary standard shipping is included on all orders over $500 within the United States. For orders of $500 or less, a flat shipping fee of $30 is added at checkout.
• We also ship internationally. Shipping, including insurance, is calculated separately, and you are responsible for any import duties and customs charges. Please contact us for details before checkout.
• A signature is required upon delivery. Because of this, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Pieces must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and include all original packaging with proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Custom and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Should a piece arrive damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

Resizing & repairs

We can resize or make minor adjustments to most pieces. Because of the distinctive structure of our designs, some adjustments require the piece to be remade and may involve a small additional cost and shipping fees. Every House of Rednam piece carries complimentary cleaning and inspection by the House, for life.
